Help me find this dress!

Sep 21, 2008 - Ok, Sugars, I always come to this site when I need help - because no one can beat any of my sugar gals when it comes to resourcefulness and smarts! :-) Here is the challenge: Since the premiere of Tropic of Thunder in LA, I have been salivating for this dress worn by Jennifer Meyer...but can find no mention of who makes it or where I can get it!
